Do you automatically bill my credit card?

No. Our program is invoiced annually and no financial information is collected or stored by iReviewCube. 

What Review Platforms do you support?

We support AirBnb, Apartments.com, Citysearch, Facebook, Foursquare, Google My Business, Google Places, HomeAdvisor, Houzz, The Knot, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, WeddingWire, Yellow Pages, Yelp, Zillow, Zomato.

How many Review Requests Can I Send Out?

There is no limit on review requests or survey requests.

What social networks do you support?

We support Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google My Business. (Instagram is not available at the present time.)

Are there any limits to posting?

We don’t have a limit on how many posts you can do. However Facebook has a limit of 15 posts per day.

Are there any additional fees?

The only additional fees are for texting within the Review Management and or Loyalty Solutions. Adding texting to a platform is OPTIONAL. The cost per platform is $88.00 per year and includes a local phone number and 1000 text credits. 

Again, texting is OPTIONAL for each platform and not necessary for the programs to function properly.

What will I receive after my completion of purchase?

Your login credentials will be sent to your registered email address usually within an hour.

What happens in-case I need help?

No worries, our support team is always ready to help. Each element in each platform has short video tutorials. You can submit a support ticket within your platform or if you like you can always give us a call 888-789-4401.
