There is no limit on review requests or survey requests.

We don’t have a limit on how many posts you can do. However Facebook has a limit of 15 posts per day.
The only additional fees are for texting within the Review Management and or Loyalty Solutions. Adding texting to a platform is OPTIONAL. The cost per platform is $88.00 per year and includes a local phone number and 1000 text credits.
Again, texting is OPTIONAL for each platform and not necessary for the programs to function properly.
